Schores is convening an international conference on Human Resource Management (SchoRes ICHRM-2020) this is primarily an academic event that provides interactive platform to the scholars, Economist, practicing managers and researchers to share their views, speak their science and critique of contemporary ICHRM issues.

Human resource touches all the elements of an organization. It deals with the issues related to compensation, performance management, organizational development, safety, wellness, benefits, employee motivation, training and others. HRM plays a strategic role in managing people and the workplace culture and environment. It can contribute greatly to the overall company direction and the accomplishments of its goals and objectives. Considering the above factors and recognizing the value and philosophy of HRM, it is essential to conduct conferences and seminars in the specific field.

Proceedings & Publications

Accepted and presented papers of SchoRes ICHRM 2020 will be published in the conference proceedings on Global Digital Library which is a global portal dedicated for publishing high-quality scholarly content on a wide range of subjects. Global Digital Library is indexed in Google Scholar and can be accessed on www.globaldigitallibrary.com. Updated versions of selected best quality papers will be considered for publication in various journals.The list of journals is as follows.

Review Process & Paper Submission

The papers submitted to the SchoRes ICHRM must present unpublished work not under consideration elsewhere. Each submission will be peer-reviewed by at least two reviewers or technical programme committee members. The maximum length for a paper is 8 pages formatted using IOARP Paper Template. Submissions not in conformance with the IOARP Paper Template will not be considered for a review. Authors will be able to submit their papers using IES - IOARP Editorial System for which they will be required to create an IES Author Account.
