AUTHOR INSTRUCTIONS
General Submission Guidelines
We invite full‑length articles, short papers, research‑in‑progress, presentation abstracts, posters, and panel proposals across the full spectrum of Health, Life, and Biomedical Sciences—including (but not limited to) public health, clinical medicine, allied health, biotechnology, pharmacology, bioinformatics, and life‑science education.
All submissions undergo double‑blind peer review by at least two domain experts. Acceptance implies a commitment that at least one author will register and present at ICHLBS 2025 (repeated no‑shows after acceptance may lead to a permanent submission ban).
Type Word limit*
Full‑length paper (up to 6 000 words)
Short paper (up to 2 500 words)
Research in Progress (up to 1 500 words)
Presentation abstract (up to 300 words)
Poster paper (up to 1 000 words)
Panel proposal (up to 2 000 words)
* Additional pages for full papers are permitted with an extra‑page surcharge.
Paper Format
Use the official SchoRes Paper Template (Microsoft Word). Submissions not conforming to the template will be returned without review.

Process (via IES)
All manuscripts must be uploaded through the IOARP Editorial System (IES): https://www.ies.ioarp.org
Create / log in to your IES Author Account.
Click “Submit Contribution.”
Enter author & manuscript details.
Select “SchoRes ICHLBS 2025.”
Upload your file and click “Submit Paper.”
Your manuscript will appear instantly under Dashboard for status tracking, reviewer comments, camera‑ready upload, copyright submission, and payment details.

⚠️ Alternate Submission Route
If IES is inaccessible, you may submit temporarily via the conference alternate upload portal [submission link] or email info@schores.org. IES remains the preferred channel—please switch back once access is restored.
Copyright Transfer
Upon acceptance, one author must complete and upload the Copyright Transfer Form (CTF) to transfer rights to SchoRes & IOARP UK. Papers lacking a duly signed CTF cannot appear in the proceedings.
